General

Do I need to be flexible to start yoga?

No! A common misconception is that you need to be flexible to do yoga. In fact, people practice yoga for flexibility and stress relief. Our instructors provide modifications for every pose, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all body types and fitness levels.

Not necessary

Usually 30-45 min session based on type of yoga

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing. You should bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and an open mind! If you are attending an online session, ensure you have a quiet space and a stable internet connection.

Absolutely. Our online yoga sessions are designed to be interactive and easy to follow from the comfort of home. With real-time guidance from our expert teachers, you get the same professional instruction and health benefits as a studio class.

Face Yoga

What exactly is Face Yoga and how does it work?

Face Yoga is a series of facial exercises, massages, and relaxation techniques designed to tone the 57+ muscles in your face, neck, and scalp. Just as you exercise your body to stay fit, Face Yoga strengthens facial muscles to lift the skin, improve blood circulation, and boost collagen production for a natural facelift effect

Yes! By targeting the muscles under the skin, Face Yoga for anti-aging helps smooth out expression lines and prevent new wrinkles from forming. Regular practice releases tension in the forehead and around the eyes, which are common areas for stress-induced lines.

While results vary by individual, most people see a “healthy glow” immediately due to increased circulation. For visible changes like toned cheekbones or a reduced double chin, consistent practice for 15–20 minutes a day over 3 to 4 weeks is typically required.

Absolutely. Face Yoga is a non-invasive, 100% natural way to rejuvenate your appearance. Unlike Botox, which freezes muscles, Face Yoga empowers you to control your facial muscles, improving symmetry and skin elasticity without any chemicals or recovery time.

Yes, specific jawline exercises and neck stretches in our program are designed to firm the platysma muscle (the large muscle in your neck). This helps tighten sagging skin and define the jawline, making it a popular choice for those looking for natural chin tuck results

We recommend waiting until your fillers or Botox have settled (usually 2–4 weeks) before starting a routine. However, many students find that Face Yoga helps maintain the results of their procedures longer by improving the overall health and “lift” of the facial structure

It is never too early or too late! Practicing in your 20s acts as a preventative skincare measure to keep muscles firm. For those in their 40s, 50s, and beyond, it serves as a powerful tool for skin tightening and restoring lost volume in the cheeks.
